About the Company
Lead, coordinate, execute, and monitor career development processes covering promotion; appointments and mobility; succession planning and talent analytics to strengthen talent readiness and support the University's current and future leadership and capability requirements.
Responsibilities
- ● Lead, analyse and execute appointments and mobility processes by reviewing relevant talent information, preparing talent movement insights and documentation, facilitating stakeholder engagement and governance processes, and implementing approved decisions to support effective talent deployment across the University.
- ● Lead, analyse and execute promotion exercises by reviewing candidates for promotion, facilitating promotion assessment, preparing required documentation and monitoring the implementation of promotion guidelines to support a fair, consistent and merit-based promotion process.
- ● Lead, analyse and execute succession planning activities by consolidating relevant talent information, potential successor nominations, preparing talent profiles and succession plans, analysing succession coverage and readiness, facilitating talent review discussions, and monitoring agreed development actions o strengthen the University's pipeline for critical and leadership roles.
- ● Analyse and consolidate talent data relating to talent administration, promotion, talent review and succession planning by maintaining accurate talent records, preparing dashboards, monitoring talent trends and readiness indicators, and providing evidence-based insights to support management deliberations and informed talent decisions.
Requirements
- ● Recognised bachelor's or master's degree in relevant field
- ● More than 6 years of experience in relevant field
- ● Professional qualification and advanced degree would be an added advantage
- ● Good written and verbal communication skills
- ● Good interpersonal skills
- ● Good analytical abilities
