As a Front Office All Rounder, you will play a key role in ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and seamless stay. You will work across all front office functions.
Responsibilities
- ● Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality.
- ● Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- ● Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints with confidence and discretion.
- ● Provide local knowledge and concierge recommendations.
- ● Coordinate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and other departments to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
- ● Answer telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
- ● Maintain accurate guest records and ensure compliance with hotel policies.
- ● Assist with valet, luggage, and guest services during peak periods when required.
- ● Support the team across all Front Office operations, including occasional night shifts.
Requirements
- ● Previous experience in a luxury hotel or premium hospitality environment.
- ● Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- ● The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- ● Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
