Role Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Appian Designer with 5 years of Appian Design and Development experience implementing BPM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Appian development, process automation, performance tuning and improvement, platform administration and integration with enterprise systems. Requirements

  • ● Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • ● 5 years of experience in Appian design and development
  • ● Strong knowledge of Appian components: SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, Sites
  • ● Experience with Appian Cloud Administration, Plug-ins, Appian RPA, and Appian Connected Systems
  • ● Proficiency in Java, SQL, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
  • ● Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
  • ● Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • ● Appian Level 2 Certification or higher.
  • ● Excellent customer-facing skills
  • ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ● Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
