About the Company
Lead end-to-end Quality Engineering delivery and transformation for large banking programs, driving quality, automation, and faster releases.
Responsibilities
- ● Own QE delivery across functional, automation, performance, API, and non-functional testing.
- ● Lead QE transformation, Test CoE, and AI-driven testing initiatives.
- ● Drive test automation, CI/CD, Shift-Left, and continuous testing practices.
- ● Manage global delivery teams, stakeholders, governance, budgets, and delivery KPIs.
- ● Ensure high-quality, compliant, and predictable releases for banking applications.
Requirements
- ● 20+ years in Quality Engineering with significant leadership experience.
- ● Strong Banking & Financial Services domain expertise.
- ● Proven experience in QE transformation and large-scale delivery.
- ● Expertise in test automation, Agile/DevOps, CI/CD, cloud, and modern testing practices.
- ● Excellent stakeholder management and people leadership skills.
