About the Company
We are looking for a motivated graduate to join our team as a Project Controller Trainee under the Tamheer Program. The trainee will support project coordination, consulting activities, reporting, and talent initiatives.
Responsibilities
- ● Support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of projects and assigned activities.
- ● Track project progress, deliverables, timelines, and action items.
- ● Prepare periodic reports, dashboards, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- ● Conduct research, collect data, and support basic analysis for consulting projects.
- ● Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project requirements.
- ● Assist in identifying and sourcing suitable candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
- ● Support CV screening, candidate database management, and interview coordination.
- ● Maintain accurate project and recruitment trackers.
Requirements
- ● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- ● Eligible for the Tamheer Program.
- ● Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
