About the Company
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ITSM modules, workflow automation, integrations, and ServiceNow platform development.
Responsibilities
- ● Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
- ● Build workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer flows, and integrations.
- ● Work on ITSM modules and support implementation projects.
- ● Develop and maintain Service Catalog, Record Producers, and custom applications.
- ● Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- ● Troubleshoot issues and provide production support.
- ● Follow ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.
- ● Experience with ITSM & ITSM modules.
- ● Exposure to ServiceNow AI, Virtual Agent, and Automation Engine.
- ● Good knowledge on the ServiceNow platform.
- ● Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and source control tools.
