- ● Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
- ● Design and implement new manufacturing processes, application software, and tooling for complex capital equipment machines.
- ● Lead initiatives to provide improved yield, productivity, and reduced cycle times through systematic analysis and technical innovation.
- ● Implement plans and lead the assessment of machine and process capability using Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical methods to ensure maximum throughput and cost-efficiency.
- ● Lead the disciplined root-cause analysis for multistage product or process failures that affect factory operations.
