About the Company

Support the integration of Sustainability and ESG factors across assigned portfolios by conducting primary research, executing independent sustainability reviews, and assisting in the formulation and upkeep of ESG policies, screenings, and engagement strategies to safeguard the fund's long-term financial returns and protect enterprise operational resilience against climate-related, regulatory, and reputational risks. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Requirements

  • Malaysian citizen.
  • Pass in Bahasa Melayu, including the oral test in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or possess an equivalent qualification recognised by the Government.
  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Investments, Sustainability, or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Government from any local or overseas higher learning institution.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in financial, investment, or sustainability analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the intellectual curiosity to deep dive into specific themes and sectors and translate data into structured assessments.
  • Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, set clear expectations, and assist in stakeholder engagements.
  • Skilled in writing and presentations.
