About the Role

As a Senior/Associate, you will work as part of EY's IAM team, supporting the delivery of identity and access management solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with project teams and client stakeholders while building your technical and consulting capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • ● You will participate in all phases of the system development life cycle including requirement assessment, analysis, design, development, testing, QA, documentation and deployment.
  • ● You will design system components to support modularized system architecture, including business logic, functionality and connectivity access.
  • ● You will independently design, code and test individual features and work closely with team members to deliver complex changes.
  • ● You will support the implementation, configuration and enhancement of IAM solutions based on business and technical requirements.
  • ● You will assist with application onboarding, user provisioning and access governance activities.
  • ● You will prepare technical documentation, reports and project deliverables.
  • ● You will research and explore new technologies aligned with business and technology objectives.
  • ● You will continuously develop technical skills and expand technology knowledge.
  • ● You will consistently deliver quality client services and manage expectations of client service delivery.
  • ● You will stay abreast of current business and technology trends relevant to client environments.
  • ● You will demonstrate technical capabilities, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • ● You will remain current on new developments in technology, IAM solutions and industry knowledge.
  • ● You will build collaborative relationships with clients and team members.

Requirements

  • ● You must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
  • ● You are expected to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • ● You are expected to have a strong drive to excel professionally and continuously learn new technologies.
  • ● You are expected to have good written and verbal communication skills.
