  • Work with the marketing team to shoot, concept, and help edit engaging video content.
  • Contribute as a key voice in group ideation sessions to help develop series, storylines, and hooks.

  • Shoot most day-to-day content on iPhone, with professional camera and lighting setups used for bigger pieces.
  • Conceptualize and pitch ideas in group ideation sessions, and execute concepts visually.

Requirements

  • Proven shooting experience with iPhone as well as professional cameras, including knowledge of exposure, framing, and fundamentals of good footage.
  • Proven editing experience confidently using CapCut for quick-turnaround content and a professional tool like Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut for bigger pieces, with a good feel for captions, transitions, hooks, pattern interrupts, and pacing.
  • Strong understanding of editing to brief an external editor and refine their work.
  • Understand lighting and be able to make a room or a face look the desired way.
  • Have a feel for scripting and research, and know how to use AI to speed up both.
  • Communicate clearly and precisely to brief an offshore editor so nothing gets lost in translation and videos come back right the first time.
  • Be comfortable shooting quick content on iPhone day-to-day as well as being crafty and hands-on in building a simple set, dressing a scene, and problem-solving with what is around you.
  • Be confident conceptualizing and pitching ideas in group ideation sessions.
  • Be creative, coachable, and fast, taking direction and executing with real urgency.
  • Bring energy and standards, caring about the work and wanting to do it properly.
  • Have good time management, organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.
  • Be ambitious and passionate about content.
  • This role is at the junior end but not a starting-from-scratch gig; must have real experience picking up a camera and editing timeline before.

Benefits

  • A world-class team to learn from.
  • The tools needed to do your work.
  • The support you need to flourish.
