The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build a strong sales pipeline for steel detailing and engineering services. The role includes engaging with prospective and existing clients, presenting service offerings, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms in alignment with company goals.
Requirements
- ● Ability to drive New Business Development and Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualifying, and converting opportunities.
- ● Strong understanding of Business and Account Management to nurture client relationships and support repeat business.
- ● Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication.
- ● Prior experience preferably in engineering, construction, or steel detailing services.
- ● Strong negotiation, networking, with a results-oriented mindset.
- ● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
