- ● Service Restoration : The Incident Manager oversees the process of restoring affected services or systems to normal operation following an incident. This includes identifying root causes, implementing corrective actions, and verifying that services are functioning as expected before declaring resolution.
- ● Communication and Stakeholder Management : The Incident Manager is responsible for communicating incident status updates, resolution progress, and recovery timelines to stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and regulatory authorities. Effective communication helps manage expectations, build trust, and demonstrate transparency during incident response.

- ● Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline is commonly required.
- ● Certified Incident Handler (GCIH)
- ● Experience in incident management, IT operations, or IT leadership roles.
- ● Proven track record of leading incident response teams, managing complex incidents, and implementing incident management best practices.
