Requirements

  • ● Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • ● Equivalent Supply Chain or relevant Business qualifications with strong system implementation experience
  • ● At least 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in solution design, enterprise systems delivery or technology consulting.
  • ● Hands-on experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics or related modules.
  • ● Experience with Source-to-Pay or Procurement platforms such as Ivalua.
  • ● Experience delivering end-to-end solution designs for large or complex organisations.
  • ● Experience working with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, cyber security, infrastructure teams and vendors.
  • ● Experience supporting large delivery programmes across requirements, design, build, test, cutover and stabilisation.
  • ● Experience working with offshore or outsourced delivery teams.
  • ● Strong understanding of Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement and Source-to-Pay processes.
  • ● Ability to map business processes to system capabilities and identify gaps, risks and improvement opportunities.
  • ● Understanding of integration patterns, master data, transaction flows and reporting needs across enterprise systems.
  • ● Strong understanding of IT cost drivers and the commercial impact of solution choices.
  • ● Strong SAP functional and technical appreciation across relevant business processes.
  • ● Ability to review solution documents, interface specifications, data flows and implementation plans.
  • ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • ● Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • ● Ability to explain technical trade-offs to business stakeholders.
  • ● Ability to influence without relying only on authority.
