About the Role
In this fast-paced and collaborative environment, you'll deliver patient-centred care in a non-traditional setting-leveraging telehealth and digital case management systems to provide critical support when it matters most.
Responsibilities
- ● Providing telephonic clinical advice to travellers experiencing health concerns abroad
- ● Managing end-to-end medical assistance cases, including assessing reports and coordinating care globally
- ● Collaborating with multidisciplinary and non-clinical teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- ● Contributing to continuous improvement and digitally enabled workflows
Requirements
- ● Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- ● Minimum 2 years Emergency Department experience
- ● Advanced Life Support certification (ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, APLS highly regarded)
- ● Strong clinical judgement with the ability to adapt in a fast-moving, technology-enabled environment
- ● Professional and empathetic telephone communication style
- ● Excellent written communication and documentation skills
- ● Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
- ● Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment (minimum 2 days in the Brisbane office)
