About the Role
We're seeking a passionate and experienced claims professional ready to take the next step in their career. As part of our Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Insurance Claims team, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding individuals through their recovery journey and getting them back on track. Provide compassionate and high-quality customer service that makes a real difference. Grow your expertise by navigating a variety of complex and rewarding challenges. Build strong, supportive relationships with customers, guiding them through each step of their recovery. Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic work environment. Manage moderate risk CTP claims with the support and mentorship of experienced leaders.

Requirements
- ● Case Management experience in insurance claims, allied health or rehabilitation experience.
- ● A strong customer-first mindset and a genuine desire to help others.
- ● Resilience and the ability to remain composed to ensure you are able to support people during vulnerable moments.
- ● Confidence in making sound decisions and taking ownership of outcomes.
- ● Excellent active listening skills and the ability to guide customers through the claims journey with clarity and care.
- ● Solid computer literacy and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies.
