Requirements

• ● Case Management experience in insurance claims, allied health or rehabilitation experience.
• ● A strong customer-first mindset and a genuine desire to help others.
• ● Resilience and the ability to remain composed to ensure you are able to support people during vulnerable moments.
• ● Confidence in making sound decisions and taking ownership of outcomes.
• ● Excellent active listening skills and the ability to guide customers through the claims journey with clarity and care.
• ● Solid computer literacy and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies.
