Lead, Operational Readiness

The Lead, Operational Readiness is responsible for supporting the uplift of enterprise delivery capability with a particular focus on strengthening change management, operational readiness and adoption practices across delivery teams. Operating within the Chief Transformation Office, the role provides practical advice, learning pathways, tools, guidance and role-based training to support capability growth and help delivery teams plan, manage and embed change effectively. The role supports the development and adoption of enterprise change management standards under the ANZ Delivery Framework, ensuring teams have fit for purpose practices to assess change impacts, prepare impacted business areas, manage stakeholder engagement and transition change successfully into business-as-usual operations. The role will also play an important part in supporting the analysis of change load across the organisation, improving delivery confidence, reducing implementation risk and ensuring change is adopted, sustained and aligned to enterprise delivery expectations. Knowledge of delivery frameworks, lifecycle, governance and project delivery disciplines Ability to collect, analyse and interpret change load data to identify hotspots, risks and readiness concerns. Understanding of banking, financial services or another highly regulated industry Understanding of regulatory, risk, compliance, operational or technology change environments.
