Infrastructure & Operations Lead Chief Information Officer (CIO) Responsible for end to end IT infrastructure and operations , ensuring high availability, security, performance, procurement and compliance of data centres, networks, end user computing, and core IT services across the enterprise and close coordination with business and divisional heads.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage IT infrastructure operations including Data Centre, Servers, Storage, Networks, Cloud, O365, and End User Computing.
  • Ensure 24x7 availability , performance, backup, DR, and business continuity of IT systems.
  • Lead infrastructure modernisation initiatives (cloud adoption, virtualization, automation).
  • Own incident, problem, and change management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with information security, ISO 27001 ,ITGC, audits, and regulatory requirements .
  • Manage infrastructure vendors, OEMs, and service partners with defined SLAs.
  • Drive cost optimisation, capacity planning, and asset lifecycle management .

Requirements

  • Engineering / MCA / equivalent qualification.
  • 12-18+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure & Operations.
  • Strong experience in Data Centre, Network, Cloud, Cybersecurity, DR .
  • Experience in manufacturing / PSU / regulated environments preferred.
