About the Company
Fly n Study Overseas is looking for a passionate and experienced IELTS Trainer to join our team at our Chrompet, Chennai branch. We are seeking a motivated professional who can help students achieve their target IELTS scores and confidently pursue their study abroad aspirations.
Responsibilities
- ● Conduct engaging IELTS coaching sessions for students.
- ● Train students in all four IELTS modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking .
- ● Develop lesson plans, practice materials, and mock tests.
- ● Assess student performance and provide personalized feedback.
- ● Guide students with effective test-taking strategies and time management techniques.
- ● Monitor student progress and ensure consistent improvement.
- ● Create a positive and interactive learning environment.
Requirements
- ● Minimum 1 year of experience as an IELTS Trainer.
- ● Excellent command of the English language with strong communication skills.
- ● Sound knowledge of the IELTS exam format, scoring criteria, and preparation strategies.
- ● Ability to motivate and mentor students to achieve their desired band scores.
- ● Strong presentation, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- ● A certification in IELTS training or English language teaching is an added advantage.
