Factory Coordination Executive

Responsibilities

• ● Act as the primary Chinese-language liaison between team and factory personnel, suppliers, and technical staff
• ● Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, factory visits, and calls involving Chinese-speaking stakeholders
• ● Translate technical documents, production specifications, quality reports, and correspondence between Chinese and English
• ● Coordinate day-to-day communication on production schedules, order status, and quality issues with the factory team
• ● Support troubleshooting of production or quality concerns by ensuring accurate, timely communication across teams
• ● Maintain records of communications, translated documents, and meeting notes for internal reference
• ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams - supply chain, quality, and operations - to ensure smooth factory coordination
• ● Build and maintain strong working relationships with factory management and Chinese-speaking partners
• ● Flag communication gaps or misunderstandings early and proactively resolve them
