This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to start or advance their career in information technology. You will provide first-level technical support, resolve everyday IT issues, and assist employees with hardware, software, and system-related requests. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, eager to learn, and capable of troubleshooting technical issues while delivering excellent service. Responsibilities
- ● Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- ● Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, and basic networking issues.
- ● Set up and configure laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
- ● Install and update software applications.
- ● Reset passwords and manage user accounts.
- ● Escalate complex issues to senior IT engineers.
- ● Maintain accurate support tickets and documentation.
- ● Follow cybersecurity policies and IT best practices.
- ● Deliver outstanding customer service while meeting response time targets.
Requirements
- ● Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
- ● Understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
- ● Familiarity with Active Directory or ticketing systems is an advantage.
- ● Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- ● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- ● Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- ● Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Fundamentals) are desirable but not essential.
