Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, and basic networking issues.
  • Set up and configure laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
  • Install and update software applications.
  • Reset passwords and manage user accounts.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT engineers.
  • Maintain accurate support tickets and documentation.
  • Follow cybersecurity policies and IT best practices.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while meeting response time targets.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
  • Understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory or ticketing systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
