Graduates are hired as permanent employees and spend their first 18 - months on the graduate program , experiencing three different teams across our business, known as 'rotations'. In addition to completing three rotations, graduates progress through a structured learning and development plan, have access to senior leaders, and spend time with their graduate cohort forming meaningful and long-lasting connections . Our 2027 graduate business areas include: Work across teams that help the business identify , assess, and manage risk. You will g ain exposure to how organisations make informed decisions-supporting frameworks, policies and governance processes that ensure we operate effectively and responsibly. You will get the o pportunity to w ork alongside teams and senior stakeholders to understand business challenges , help identify risks, assess impacts, and support practical, commercial solutions. Build your analytical capability by working with risk data . L earn how to translate complex information into clear insights that guide business actions and priorities. Across your rotations, you'll gain hands-on experience in how organisations id entify risk, make decisions and operate responsibly, building a highly transferable skillset th at's critical to every business.
