Responsibilities
- ● Support pavement maintenance projects across the project lifecycle, from tendering and contract award to final account and project close-out.
- ● Assist in preparing project reports, cost estimates, financial updates, and CMS submissions to ensure timely reporting to clients and stakeholders.
- ● Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors on project documentation, financial reporting, and tender activities.
- ● Participate in annual work planning, tender documentation, and Board Tender Committee (BTC) paper preparation for upcoming projects.
- ● Gain hands-on site experience by supporting construction planning, site documentation, and daily project administration, including JMS and Site Diary preparation.
Requirements
- ● Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
- ● Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
