About the Role
Our Team Members are the face of Woolies and bring to life everyday what we are famous for - our friendly service. Working throughout the store, our Team Members do a variety of tasks from getting our stock on shelves, putting our fresh Fruit & Veg on display, to picking orders for our Online Customers and finally being the last friendly face our customers see as they leave our store with their shopping.
Responsibilities
- ● Greet, acknowledge, show care and thank our customers for shopping at Woolies
- ● Stick to our policies and procedures to ensure we keep ourselves, each other and our customers safe including looking out for and reporting any hazards
- ● Help our customers by answering their questions or taking them to products they are looking for throughout their shopping journey
- ● Ensuring our shelves are fully stocked and tidy to enable a fast and easy shopping journey
- ● Shopping for our online customers, ensuring that they receive what they need
