About the Company
Title: IBM BPM/BAW Administrator Skills Required: IBM BPM/BAW platforms Notice Period: Immediate joiner or up to 1 month.
Responsibilities
- ● Provide 24 7 Operations & Maintenance (O&M) support for IBM BPM/BAW platforms.
- ● Administer, monitor, and maintain IBM BPM/BAW environments across Development, UAT, and Production.
- ● Perform patching, upgrades, deployments, and environment configuration activities.
- ● Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform availability and performance.
- ● Conduct performance tuning, capacity planning, and incident/problem management.
- ● Coordinate with IBM/OEM teams for PMRs, support tickets, and issue resolution.
- ● Manage Disaster Recovery (DR) operations, including DR drills, failover, and switchover activities between DC and DR sites.
- ● Ensure compliance with defined SLAs, security policies, and operational procedures.
- ● Prepare operational reports, technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
