Please Note: - The above salary range is only indicative and maybe subject to suitable enhancements, based on internal company processes Define and implement enterprise-wide Test Environment Management and Test Data Management strategies, governance frameworks, KPIs, and operating models. Lead and mentor a team of environment, test data, and quality engineering professionals, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture. Own end-to-end provisioning, maintenance, refresh, and support of test environments across multiple releases and programs. Requirements
- ● 8+ years of overall testing experience, including 3+ years in the Healthcare domain and significant experience in Test Environment and Test Data Management.
- ● Proven experience establishing enterprise-level TEM and TDM processes, governance frameworks, and service operating models.
- ● Hands-on experience implementing and administering Enov8 and Test Data Management tools such as iEDPS, Delphix, Informatica TDM, CA TDM, or similar platforms.
- ● Strong experience managing non-production environments, infrastructure dependencies, application landscapes, release structures, and environment provisioning activities.
- ● Experience testing and validating data-centric platforms, data integration solutions, and large-scale data management ecosystems.
- ● Strong understanding of SDLC, release management, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and quality engineering processes.
- ● Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms, along with enterprise tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
- ● Strong knowledge of data privacy, data masking, compliance requirements, and test data governance practices.
- ● Proven stakeholder management and leadership experience, with the ability to collaborate effectively with program, release, testing, infrastructure, and business teams.
