About the Company
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Full-time Salary: SAR 19,000 - 20,000 per month We are looking for a Senior Governance Specialist to join our team and support the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of corporate governance practices across the organization.
Responsibilities
- ● Develop, review, and maintain governance frameworks, policies, procedures, and delegated authority matrices.
- ● Monitor compliance with governance policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- ● Support governance committees by preparing agendas, reports, presentations, and meeting documentation.
- ● Conduct governance assessments and recommend improvements to strengthen governance practices.
- ● Collaborate with business functions to ensure governance principles are effectively embedded across the organization.
- ● Support the implementation of governance initiatives and monitor progress against established objectives.
Requirements
- ● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- ● 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Governance, GRC, Risk Management, Compliance, or related functions.
- ● Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- ● Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- ● Experience working in holding companies, diversified groups, or organizations with multiple subsidiaries or business units is highly preferred .
- ● Professional certifications such as GRCP, CGRC, or equivalent are considered an advantage.
- ● We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked within group or holding company structures , where governance is applied across multiple subsidiaries or business units. Experience supporting governance in complex, multi-entity organizations will be considered a strong advantage.
