About the Role
We're looking for an analytical, proactive, and driven professional to join us as a Program Manager for Business- Operations & Strategy for our Kochi team. In this role, you'll be the strategic and operational bridge between the central business team and the on-ground operations, ensuring our regional centers run efficiently, strategically aligned and business goals are met. A key part of your mandate will be to grow the business in your state by leveraging local insights, customer understanding, and competitive intelligence to influence strategy and execution.
Responsibilities

- ● High ownership, bias for action, and comfort in unstructured environments
- ● Ability to influence multiple teams without direct authority
- ● Willingness to travel occasionally for reviews and implementation
