About the Role
The Recruitment Consultant is responsible for managing candidate relationships, understanding hiring needs, and ensuring successful placements. You will work closely with Account Manager to deliver timely, high-quality recruitment solutions.
Responsibilities

- ● Drive end-to-end recruitment processes from job briefing, interviews, and negotiations to successful placement.

Requirements
- ● At least 1 year of experience in a recruitment agency environment
- ● Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility.
- ● Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- ● Results-driven with a passion for people and talent matching.
- ● A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
