Responsibilities
- ● Design and development of architectural projects
- ● Create drawings, 3D models, and presentations
- ● Project management and communication with suppliers
- ● On site supervision of construction
- ● Collaborate with the team to refine project concepts
- ● Required Qualifications
- ● Diploma in Architecture Master of Science in Architecture
- ● Strong creative and conceptual skills
- ● Ability to manage time effectively and attention to detail
- ● Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and oversee complex tasks
- ● Experience in construction supervision, ensuring design intent is realized during execution
- ● Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships
- ● Extensive experience with Rhino, AutoCAD and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- ● Good knowledge of 3D visualization (Enscape)
Requirements
- ● 3-4 years of experience in an architecture office
- ● Knowledge of Local Regulations (NOK)
