Responsibilities
- ● Maintain contact with candidates and collaborate with various companies to fill positions
- ● Proactively manage the recruitment process alongside a corporate recruiter
- ● Take the lead when candidates respond and ensure a quick follow up
- ● Search for suitable candidates via LinkedIn and job posting websites
- ● Activate and inspire candidates by writing personal and original messages
- ● Conduct rapid assessment of applications through phone, e mail, and WhatsApp communication
Requirements
- ● HBO level of education and thinking
- ● A genuine interest in people, their career goals, and why they want to change jobs
- ● A strong desire to help candidates find suitable matches
- ● Availability for 32 to 40 hours per week
- ● Disinterest in money as the primary motivator
