This role will play a critical part in enabling digital transformation by leveraging SAP BTP services, ensuring scalable architecture, seamless integrations, and modern cloud-native solutions. Requirements

  • Contribute to the design and architecture of scalable solutions using SAP BTP services (Integration Suite, Extension Suite, SAP Build, CAP, etc.)
  • Define and implement extension strategies for SAP S/4HANA and other SAP/non-SAP systems
  • Ensure adherence to clean core principles and SAP best practices
  • Contribute to the Architecture Review Board (ARB) governance
  • Design and implement integrations using:
  • SAP Integration Suite (CPI, API Management, Event Mesh)
  • REST, OData, SOAP APIs
  • Enable event-driven and API-first architecture
  • Ensure high-quality, secure, and reusable integrations across enterprise systems
  • Develop applications using:
  • SAP BTP (Cloud Foundry environment)
  • CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model)
  • SAP Build Apps / Fiori / UI5
  • Build extensions for S/4HANA, Commerce, and other digital platforms
  • Ensure code quality, version control, and automated deployments
  • Drive testing and automation/AI strategies
  • Ensure compliance with DevOps and CI/CD best practices
  • Partner with technical and functional IT teams and stakeholders
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Work closely with AMS vendors, system integrators, and global teams
  • Ensure compliance with security standards (IAM, OAuth, SSO)
  • Enforce enterprise integration and development standards
  • Support audit, risk management, and regulatory requirements
  • Strong expertise in:
  • SAP BTP (Integration Suite, Extension Suite, HANA Cloud)
  • SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration)
  • API Management & Event Mesh
  • Proficiency in:
  • Java, Node.js, JavaScript
  • SAP Fiori/UI5
  • Experience with:
  • REST/OData services
  • Microservices architecture
  • Cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
  • Knowledge of:
  • SAP S/4HANA architecture and integrations
  • Identity Authentication Services (IAS) / Identity Provisioning (IPS)
  • SAP Certified Development Associate - SAP BTP
  • SAP Certified Technology Specialist - SAP Integration Suite
