As we continue to grow internationally, we are seeking an experienced and inspiring Global Director Project Management to lead our global project execution organization and strengthen our ability to deliver projects predictably, profitably, and with high customer satisfaction. This is a highly impacting leadership position within the HITEC Management Team, offering the opportunity to directly influence operational performance, organizational development, and growth.

About the Role

As Global Director Project Management, you will be responsible for the successful execution of all customer new-system and upgrade projects across HITEC's global organization. You will be in close contact with your customers and will lead project management teams worldwide and drive a culture of execution excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a critical role in connecting Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Service, Finance, and regional organizations to achieve flawless project execution and support HITEC's growth ambitions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related discipline; PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is an advantage
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in complex project environments
  • Proven leadership experience in international project-based organizations including influencing and coaching skills and stakeholder management
  • A strong track record managing multi-million-euro projects and project portfolios
  • Experience within industrial equipment, critical infrastructure, manufacturing, or similar sectors
  • Demonstrated success in organizational transformation and process improvement initiatives
  • Strong commercial and financial awareness
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset
