About the Company
Location: Veldhoven Duration: until 16th of April 2027 Salary: 5.500 + 13th month payment + profit sharing The Strategic Sourcing & Procurement (SS&P) organization works closely with the global supply chain to build, maintain, and strengthen supplier partnerships that enable the business to meet its commitments to customers. The team balances short-term operational priorities with long-term strategic collaboration, ensuring sustainable performance and value creation across the supply chain. Within SS&P, the Cost of Goods (CoG) team drives cost performance by enabling procurement and business stakeholders to achieve targeted cost objectives. This is accomplished by: As a Business Analyst , you will support a dedicated Business Line in driving its Cost of Goods roadmap by providing business insights, analytics, and performance reporting. Acting as the primary analytics partner, you will maintain an end-to-end overview of cost initiatives, perform in-depth analyses, and facilitate business performance reviews. You will work closely with the Cost of Goods Manager, Procurement, Finance, and senior business stakeholders. Your responsibilities include:
Requirements
- ● Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
- ● 2-6 years of professional experience within a large international organization, preferably in a high-tech, manufacturing, or supply chain environment.
- ● Experience in business analytics or data analysis, ideally within Supply Chain or Procurement.
- ● Experience developing KPI dashboards and translating data into actionable insights.
- ● Proven stakeholder management experience across multiple organizational levels.
- ● Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- ● Experience with SAP, Spotfire, Power BI, or similar analytical tools is considered an advantage.
- ● Success in this role requires a combination of analytical capability, business acumen, and strong collaboration skills. You thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment where continuous improvement and data-driven decision making are central.
