About the Company
JPC - 6250 - Material Planner Department: Scheduling & Planning Location: Abu Dhabi Ensures material supply meets production schedules and minimum stock levels to maintain smooth operations and efficient inventory flow.
Responsibilities
- ● Scheduling & PRs: Oversee material supply against schedules and create Purchase Requests (PRs) based on demand.
- ● Inventory Control: Analyze supply trends to maintain optimum levels and conduct accuracy checks.
- ● Issue Mitigation: Monitor material flow, forecast problems, and adjust schedules to resolve bottlenecks.
- ● Systems & Reporting: Leverage SAP to manage demand, generate process flows, and provide performance reports.
- ● Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders on material updates, engineering changes, and timelines.
Requirements
- ● Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce or Engineering.
- ● Experience: 3+ years in material planning and scheduling multiple projects (3+ years regional/industry preferred).
- ● Technical Skills: Expert in SAP/ERP, Material Resource Planning (MRP), and Resource Management.
- ● Core Skills: Strong problem-solving, planning, organization, and the ability to work under pressure.
