About the Role
Riyadh Cement Company (RCC) is looking for a hands-on Non-SAP Business Applications Lead to take full ownership of the delivery, support, and management of our non-SAP business applications. These are the business-critical systems that support our core operations - including customer-facing platforms, logistics and weighbridge systems, governance and compliance solutions, service management tools, and other operational applications that run the business outside the SAP environment. Working under the IT Applications Manager, you will own these applications end-to-end - ensuring they are reliable, well-supported, integrated with SAP, and continuously improved to meet business needs.
Responsibilities
- ● Own the applications - take full operational responsibility for all non-SAP business applications (availability, performance, support, and enhancements)
- ● Support the business - act as the primary point of contact for business users, resolving issues and translating needs into improvements
- ● Deliver projects - lead the delivery of new applications and enhancements from requirements to go-live
- ● Manage vendors - coordinate day-to-day with application vendors and implementation partners, tracking SLAs and driving quality
- ● Ensure integration - maintain reliable integration between non-SAP applications and SAP S/4HANA Cloud
- ● Drive governance - ensure applications comply with IT governance, change management, access control, and compliance requirements
Requirements
- ● 5-8 years of experience managing and supporting business applications (non-ERP)
- ● Hands-on problem solver - able to personally troubleshoot and support applications, not just coordinate
- ● Strong experience in application support and lifecycle management (incident, problem, change, enhancement)
- ● Solid understanding of application integration (APIs, web services, middleware)
- ● Experience coordinating with software vendors and implementation partners
- ● Strong business engagement skills - able to work directly with business users and translate needs into solutions
- ● Familiarity with ITIL / ITSM practices
- ● Experience integrating applications with SAP S/4HANA (functional level)
- ● SQL / reporting knowledge for data troubleshooting and insights
- ● Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or Tadawul-listed environments
- ● Exposure to customer portals, logistics/weighbridge systems, or GRC/compliance applications
- ● Strong ownership and accountability - you treat the applications as your own
- ● Organized, disciplined, and delivery-focused
- ● Comfortable working with autonomy under a manager's governance
- ● Continuous improvement mindset
- ● ITIL v4
- ● Business Analysis (CBAP) or Agile / Scrum
- ● PMP / PRINCE2 Foundation
