Responsibilities

  • ● Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • ● Analyze and map business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • ● Collaborate across IT teams to design and implement application solutions.
  • ● Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • ● Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for applications.
  • ● Create and maintain documentation for business processes and applications.
  • ● Assist in project management and ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Requirements

  • ● Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or IT-related fields
  • ● Fluent in English: TOEIC 750+, TOEFL iBT 98+, or IELTS 6.5+
  • ● 3-5 years of experience in one or more of these SAP modules: FI, SD, MM
  • ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • ● Ability to multi-task and manage workload under time pressure
  • ● Knowledge of Business Application design, implementation, change management and software development lifecycle.
  • ● Basic ABAP programing and debugging is a plus
  • ● Support S/4HANA Finance modules (FICO, GL, Fixed Assets, Volumetric Accounting)
  • ● Support of Financial Interfaces used for period closure and reporting & batch scheduling (Blackline, RMJ, PAPM, etc.)
  • ● Ability to translate financial requirements into system solutions, with strong knowledge of accounting processes and financial reporting
  • ● Collaborate across IT and functional teams to ensure integration and process alignment
  • ● Willingness to share knowledge and upskill team members
  • ● Excellent in English communication (verbal and written)
  • ● Agile experience
  • ● Azure DevOps
  • ● Basic knowledge of AI concepts and Generative AI is a plus
  • ● Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to enhance work efficiency
