About the Company

12+ years of experience in HR technology or ERP programme delivery, with at least 8 years focused on SAP SuccessFactors. Demonstrated experience managing vendor-led, multi-module SuccessFactors implementations from initiation through go-live and hypercare. Proven track record of managing global, multi-geography rollouts (5+ countries) with complex localization requirements. Strong command of programme management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe Agile) and the ability to blend waterfall and agile delivery approaches pragmatically. Experience managing programme budgets exceeding 5M and teams of 30+ (internal + vendor resources). Hands-on functional expertise in Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, Learning, and Succession & Development. Ability to review and challenge configuration workbooks, functional specifications, and solution design documents at a detailed level. Strong understanding of SuccessFactors data model, MDF (Metadata Framework), business rules engine, and workflow configuration. Familiarity with SAP BTP extensions relevant to SuccessFactors and the clean core extensibility model. Exceptional ability to communicate technical and functional concepts to non-technical audiences including CHROs, CFOs, and regional HR directors. Skilled facilitator of executive workshops, design sessions, and governance forums across cultures and time zones. Strong written communication skills: able to produce high-quality programme status reports, decision papers, and executive briefings independently. Demonstrated ability to manage conflict, negotiate trade-offs, and build consensus across competing stakeholder agendas. Solid understanding of SuccessFactors integration patterns, including SAP Integration Suite (CPI), OData APIs, SFAPI, and middleware platforms. Requirements

  • SAP Certified Application Associate or Professional in one or more SuccessFactors modules (EC, ECP, Recruiting, Onboarding, LMS, Succession).
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
  • SAFe Agile certification (SA, SPC) is a plus.
  • Experience working in a Big 4 consulting firm, SAP partner, or large enterprise HR transformation programme.
  • Exposure to SuccessFactors implementations in manufacturing, financial services, retail, energy, or public sector environments.
  • Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA HR and its intersection with SuccessFactors in a hybrid deployment.
  • Familiarity with OCM methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR.
