Responsibilities

  • Set, own, and continuously evolve the Group's global wellness strategy to maintain leadership in line with guest expectations, market trends, and emerging scientific developments.
  • Steward the long-term wellness operating model, ensuring scalability, adaptability, and sustained commercial relevance across the portfolio.
  • Position wellness as a core pillar of the Group's value proposition, extending beyond spa into lifestyle, longevity, recovery, and holistic experience design.
  • Oversee the development and ongoing refinement of wellness offerings across resilience, recovery, renewal, and restoration pillars.
  • Ensure programmes are preventative, personalised, and data-informed, incorporating new insights, technologies, and evolving best practices.
  • Translate medical, longevity, and therapeutic advancements into hospitality-appropriate experiences that uphold brand credibility and trust.
  • Establish and govern global wellness standards and service frameworks, ensuring consistency while enabling controlled innovation.
  • Own wellness-related commercial performance, including revenue growth, utilisation, guest engagement, and margin sustainability.
  • Continuously assess ROI, capital deployment, and resource allocation to optimise long-term value creation.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Guest Experience, Food & Beverage, Brand Marketing, and Operations to seamlessly embed wellness across the end-to-end guest journey.
  • Extensive leadership experience in wellness, hospitality, or related sectors, with a strong track record in strategy development and commercial delivery
  • Deep understanding of wellness trends, preventative health, longevity, and experience-driven hospitality
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into scalable operating models and guest-centric experiences
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing P&L, ROI, and investment decisions
  • Influential communicator with the ability to engage and align senior stakeholders across functions
  • Collaborative and forward-thinking mindset, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel as required
