Deputy Manager (Identity and Access Management)

The successful incumbent will implement and manage the organization's IAM program. This role ensures secure and efficient access to systems while preventing unauthorized access. Responsibilities include team leadership, strategic IAM initiatives, policy compliance, and process improvements. This individual will collaborate with stakeholders and ensure alignment with security best practices and regulatory requirements. Assist in leading the IAM team, developing strategies, and implementing IAM solutions. Oversee user access rights, provisioning, and compliance with policies and regulations. Respond to security incidents, conduct investigations, and enhance IAM processes. Work with departments to meet IAM needs, deliver training, and promote security awareness. Support audits, analyze IAM metrics, and oversee IAM tool selection and integration.
