About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Trainee to join our HR team through the Tamheer Program . This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in recruitment, employer branding, and candidate management while supporting the company's hiring needs.
Responsibilities
- ● Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, career fairs, and professional networks.
- ● Screen resumes and shortlist applicants based on job requirements.
- ● Coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-up communication with candidates.
- ● Support in building talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- ● Help prepare job postings, job descriptions, and recruitment materials.
- ● Assist with onboarding tasks such as document collection and orientation coordination.
Requirements
- ● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- ● Eligible and registered in the Tamheer Program (no prior employment in the last 6 months and not currently registered in GOSI).
- ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- ● High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- ● Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- ● Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning HR systems.
- ● Passionate about HR, recruitment, and talent development.
- ● Professional recruitment lifecycle management.
- ● Resume screening and candidate assessment techniques.
- ● Interview coordination and stakeholder communication.
