About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Sales Cloud Senior Developer / Team Lead to join our dynamic team for a key project. This role involves leading the development and implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions, working on complex projects, and guiding a team of developers to enhance our client's sales operations across Europe.

Responsibilities

  • ● Develop and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions.
  • ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
  • ● Implement agile methodologies to streamline development processes and enhance project efficiency.
  • ● Customise and configure the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform to meet client-specific requirements.
  • ● Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation.
  • ● Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • ● Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • ● Continuously explore and implement new technologies to improve the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform.

Requirements

  • ● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • ● Proven experience as a Salesforce Sales Cloud Developer, with a track record of successful implementations.
  • ● Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud architecture and components.
  • ● Proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
  • ● Experience with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA).
  • ● Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • ● Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • ● Experience in various industry sectors is a plus.
  • ● Salesforce Sales Cloud certification is desirable.
  • ● Familiarity with backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, or .NET.
  • ● Knowledge of web services (REST/SOAP) and integration techniques.
  • ● Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • ● Understanding of CRM best practices and sales processes.
