About the Company
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Spa Assistant / Housekeeping Attendant to join our Spa team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the spa facilities while supporting the daily operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities
- ● Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms, relaxation areas, locker rooms, and public spaces.
- ● Prepare treatment rooms before and after guest appointments according to spa standards.
- ● Replenish spa amenities, towels, linens, and guest supplies.
- ● Ensure all spa equipment and facilities are clean, organized, and functioning properly.
- ● Assist therapists and spa team members with operational requirements.
- ● Manage laundry collection, sorting, and inventory of linens and uniforms.
- ● Monitor stock levels and report supply requirements to the Spa Supervisor.
- ● Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
- ● Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
- ● Support the overall spa operation to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements
- ● Previous experience in housekeeping, spa, hospitality, or hotel operations is preferred.
- ● Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
- ● Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- ● Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- ● Positive attitude and willingness to support team members.
- ● Physical ability to perform housekeeping duties, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
- ● Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- ● Experience in a luxury hotel, spa, or wellness facility.
- ● Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
- ● Basic English communication skills.
