About the Company
Google will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require Google's sponsorship of a visa. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 6 years of experience as a technical sales engineer in a cloud computing environment or a customer-facing role working in a professional services or systems engineering team. Experience with SAP technologies, architecture, and infrastructure needs. Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management.
Responsibilities
- ● Architect and design SAP HANA on cloud solutions (RISE, PCE) with infrastructure, networking, security and storage best practices.
- ● Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, identify key customer technical objections, and develop the strategy to resolve technical blockers.
- ● Own the technical relationship with Google's customers, managing product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of any additional technical resources, including product management, engineering, and more.
- ● Recommend, demonstrate, and prototype SAP on Google Cloud Platform solutions in customer environments, using best practices for SAP on Google Cloud.
- ● Assist the SAP Go-to-Market (GTM) team with regional delivery of field-enablement for SAP on Google Cloud Platform solutions.
Requirements
- ● Master's degree in Computer Science or other technical field.
- ● Experience in aspects of cloud computing across enterprise technology and open source, including compute, storage, data analytics, and machine learning.
- ● Experience in, and understanding of, data and information management as it relates to big data trends and issues within businesses.
- ● Understanding of SAP cloud offerings such as RISE/PCE, SAP BTP and SAP SaaS products.
- ● Ability to learn quickly learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space.
