About the Company
Infor Manufacturing / CPQ Specialist We are seeking an experienced Infor Manufacturing / CPQ Specialist to join our ERP team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Infor Cloud Suite Industrial Enterprise (CSI/LN/M3) Manufacturing modules and Infor CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) to support implementation, optimization, and business process improvements.
Responsibilities
- ● Implement, configure, and support Infor Manufacturing and CPQ solutions.
- ● Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- ● Configure product models, rules, pricing, workflows, and BOMs within Infor CPQ.
- ● Support Manufacturing, Production Planning, Engineering, Sales, and Supply Chain processes.
- ● Work closely with business users during workshops, CRPs, UAT, and Go-Live activities.
- ● Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend best-practice solutions.
- ● Prepare functional specifications, user documentation, and deliver end-user training.
- ● Coordinate with technical teams and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
- ● Required Qualifications
- ● Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- ● + years of hands-on experience with Infor Manufacturing ERP and Infor CPQ .
- ● Strong knowledge of Manufacturing, Product Configuration, BOMs, Routings, Production Planning, and Engineering Change Management.
- ● Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
