The Corporate Finance Analyst plays a key role in supporting the company's financial planning, corporate finance activities, investment evaluation, and strategic decision-making. This role is responsible for developing financial models, conducting market and business analyses, supporting corporate initiatives, and preparing materials for senior leadership. The analyst will partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive business performance, evaluate growth opportunities, and support strategic projects aligned with the company's financial and commercial objectives.

Requirements

  • ● Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, investment evaluations, and strategic initiatives.
  • ● Conduct financial, market, and competitor analyses to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • ● Support business planning processes, including annual budgets, long-range plans, and periodic forecasts.
  • ● Assist with evaluating corporate initiatives, capital expenditures, partnerships, and other strategic investments.
  • ● Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and financial analyses for senior management and executive leadership.
  • ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support business and commercial decision-making.
  • ● Support due diligence activities related to strategic projects, partnerships, and investment opportunities.
  • ● Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing actionable recommendations.
  • ● Assist in developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and management reporting dashboards.
  • ● Leverage automation and digital tools to enhance reporting accuracy, efficiency, and financial processes.
  • ● Support ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as required.
  • ● Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • ● Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Financial Analysis, Transaction Advisory, Investment Banking, or related fields.
  • ● Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • ● Ability to interpret financial data and translate insights into business recommendations.
  • ● Strong attention to detail with a high level of ownership and accountability.
  • ● Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • ● Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • ● Collaborative team player with a proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset.
  • ● Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • ● Experience with Power BI, VBA, Power Automate, Python, or other automation tools is an advantage.
  • ● Experience in data centers, infrastructure, technology, telecommunications, or related industries.
  • ● Exposure to investment analysis, capital allocation, M&A, strategic planning, or commercial finance.
  • ● Familiarity with financial reporting systems, ERP platforms, and business intelligence tools.
