About the Company
G2 are currently searching for a Payroll Specialist on a permanent basis, based in the Limburg region, Netherlands . The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing, and maintaining compliance with Dutch payroll legislation and regulations. This position will work closely with HR, Finance, and employees to provide an efficient payroll service and support continuous process improvements. This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional looking to join a dynamic and collaborative environment with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and employee experience. Location: Limburg region, Netherlands Salary: 3,500 - 5,500 per month + Package
Responsibilities
- ● Managing and processing monthly payroll for employees across the Netherlands
- ● Ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance with Dutch tax and labour regulations
- ● Maintaining payroll records and employee payroll administration
- ● Acting as the main point of contact for employee payroll queries
Requirements
- ● 3 years+ experience in payroll
- ● Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, taxation, and social security requirements
- ● Fluent in Dutch and English (essential)
- ● Experience with payroll systems
- ● Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- ● Excellent organisational and communication skills
