About the Company
We are supporting a leading international Automotive Tier 1 supplier , serving major global OEM customers, in the search for an experienced executive to lead a strategic business transformation. This is not a traditional Business Development or Sales Director role. We are looking for a senior leader capable of driving business transformation by combining commercial leadership, cross-functional management and operational execution.
About the Role
The business is entering a significant transformation phase and is looking for an executive who can redesign its commercial organization, simplify structures and strengthen collaboration across commercial and technical teams. Working closely with the executive leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping the future organization while driving profitable growth and improving commercial performance. This assignment requires someone who enjoys leading change, making decisions and creating structure in fast-moving environments.
Responsibilities
- ● Lead the transformation of an international Business Unit.
- ● Drive profitable business growth and strengthen strategic customer relationships.
- ● Lead cross-functional teams across Business Development, Key Account Management, Product Development and Program Management.
- ● Oversee business acquisition, commercial performance and RFQ activities.
- ● Partner closely with Engineering and R&D to translate customer requirements into successful product solutions.
- ● Improve commercial effectiveness and organizational efficiency.
- ● Ensure profitability throughout the business lifecycle.
Requirements
- ● We are looking for a senior executive who combines commercial leadership with operational and technical understanding.
- ● Agile and fast decision-making process.
- ● Extensive experience with Car Makers.
- ● Proven success leading Business Units or large international commercial organizations.
- ● Strong exposure to Business Development, Key Account Management, Program Management and Product Development.
- ● Experience leading organizational transformation, restructuring or business integration projects.
- ● Executive-level customer management and negotiation experience.
- ● Strong business acumen with P&L responsibility.
- ● The ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and operate effectively in fast-changing environments.
- ● Executive-level transformation assignment.
- ● High visibility and direct interaction with executive leadership.
- ● Significant organizational impact.
- ● Opportunity to shape the future commercial organization of an international manufacturing business.
- ● Initial 12-24 month interim assignment , with the possibility of a longer-term engagement.
