We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • ● Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the SAP project, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • ● Manage cross-functional teams including internal stakeholders, SAP consultants, and third-party vendors.
  • ● Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • ● Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and drive consensus.
  • ● Oversee data migration, system integration, testing, and user training activities.
  • ● Ensure compliance with organizational change management protocols and governance frameworks.
  • ● Monitor project performance using KPIs and provide regular status updates to executive leadership.
  • ● Resolve project issues and escalate critical risks as needed to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

  • ● 8+ years of project management experience.
  • ● Strong understanding of SAP Supply Chain or SAP Logistics modules.
  • ● PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • ● Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies & understanding of SAP Activate methodology.
  • ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • ● Ability to lead global teams and manage multicultural dynamics.
  • ● Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP supply chain solutions.
  • ● Experience in manufacturing, retail, or consumer goods industries.
  • ● Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • ● Proficiency in project management tools (e.g MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).
