Responsibilities

  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and collaborate with functional IT teams to deliver effective solutions
  • Configure, build, integrate, and optimize processes within S/4HANA
  • Be responsible for the technical quality of custom SAP solutions
  • Safeguard architectural decisions, code standards and delivery within the development lifecycle
  • Ensure seamless integration with peripheral systems
  • Participate in the full IT development lifecycle: design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment
  • Contribute to large and complex ERP projects, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with business requirements
  • Apply ITIL best practices to maintain and improve IT services and processes
  • Facilitate business process design sessions and document processes using BPMN or similar methodologies
  • Develop and implement improvements to strengthen IT process controls and system security
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across functions and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment

Requirements

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
  • Have 5+ years of experience as an SAP Technical Consultant in ABAP development and support in SAP ECC or S/4HANA
  • Have experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA implementation and configuration
  • Have experience in integration with other applications and external platforms
  • Have technical knowledge of ABAP on HANA, CDS, BRF+, RAP, Adobe Forms, BPA, Fiori and OData
  • Have an understanding of IT development lifecycle methodologies and ITIL best practices
  • Have experience with process modeling
  • Have proven experience working on complex enterprise or ERP projects
  • Have strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
  • Have the ability to manage stakeholders and work both independently and in teams
  • Have high customer orientation with excellent communication skills
  • Be fluent in English
  • Have certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or Scrum
  • Have the ability to work in a structured way while safeguarding quality
