Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Plant Finance Manager, the FP&A Analyst supports financial planning, forecasting, reporting and operational analysis for the E33 manufacturing plant. The role partners with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, HR and Accounting teams to provide financial insights, support decision making and drive business performance.
  • Support the manufacturing plant's budgeting, forecasting, profit planning and financial reporting processes.
  • Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying key drivers, risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory, productivity, margins and working capital performance to support business decisions.
  • Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR and Accounting teams to provide financial insights and drive performance improvements.
  • Support capital investment evaluations, cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement programs through financial analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, SOX requirements and audit standards.
  • Utilize SAP, Excel and reporting tools to deliver timely, accurate and actionable financial information to plant leadership.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of progressive finance experience within a multinational organization.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), cost controlling, plant finance, or operational finance.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain and Accounting.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP-based reporting and analysis is required.
  • Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
  • Manufacturing finance concepts including cost analysis, inventory management, variance analysis and operational performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of standard costing and manufacturing key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • SAP proficiency, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Power BI or similar business intelligence and reporting tools is an advantage.
  • Understanding of internal controls, compliance requirements and SOX principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
